"Working with Loren was fantastic. She helped us narrow down the seemingly infinite number of possibilities that exist for each decision that has to be made in a remodel, and she led us to new and different ideas outside of our comfort zone. In many cases, Loren also helped us prioritize where to splurge and where to economize. For example, when we decided to cut the redo of our fireplace from the budget, she come up with a solution that mimiced our original, costly plans with a budget friendly option that let us keep the fireplace in the plan; the result was amazing!
